Equal or Greater Value: We guarantee that any substituted flowers or containers will be of equal or superior value to the original items.
Design Integrity: Our expert florists will maintain the overall style, colour scheme, and "look and feel" of your chosen arrangement.
Single Variety Arrangements: For arrangements of a single flower type (e.g., a rose bouquet), variety takes precedence over colour. If we are out of a specific colour, we will substitute it with another available colour of the same flower.
Containers & Gifts: If a specific vase or container shown online is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar vessel that fits the design’s aesthetic.
Major Changes: If a significant substitution is required (e.g., the primary focal flower is unavailable), we will make every effort to contact you before proceeding.
Timely Delivery: To prevent delivery delays, if we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response by [11am], we will proceed with a professional substitution to ensure your order arrives as scheduled.
Allergies: Please inform us of any known allergies during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions to substituted varieties if specific sensitivities are not disclosed at the time of ordering.
